BC Place is a retractable-roof stadium in downtown Vancouver, home to the BC Lions and Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Originally built for Expo 86, it received a major renovation in 2011 including a new retractable roof. It is the largest venue in Vancouver and hosted events during the 2010 Winter Olympics.
